Where do you ship?

Products from this website are exclusively accessible in Australia. 

How much does shipping cost? 

  • Orders >= AU$60, Shipping cost: Free.
  • Orders < AU$60, Shipping cost: AU$15.

When will I receive my order? 

  • Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: 2-7 business days.
  • Delivery Time: 3-9 business days.

        Where will my order ship from?

        All orders ship out of our warehouse located in Sydney.

        Note:

        • Orders purchased after Aug. 23th will all be shipped from Sydney.
        • Orders purchased before Aug. 23th may be shipped from outside Australia.

        Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

        Yes. We ship to PO Boxes Australia. If you don’t have a residential address, please reach out to our team at auservice@bagsmart.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you!

        Australia Shipping Destinations and Rates:
        • Orders placed during weekends and holidays will be processed the next available business day.
        • Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements. Delivery of products will be subject to the Terms of Service provided by the carrier.
